At Vasco Travel Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide you with a seamless travel experience. We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to assist you with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please note that the terms outlined below are general and may be subject to specific conditions related to your reservation, which will be communicated to you during the booking process.

**Cancellation Notice:**

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by the individual who initially made the booking. The cancellation becomes effective on the day we receive your written notice. As cancellations can incur substantial costs and losses, we have established the following cancellation charges:

Please note that these penalties are applied in addition to any non-refundable components of your booking that were contracted on your behalf and communicated to you.

**Refunds from Supplier Recovery:**

In cases where we are able to recover a portion of our losses from our suppliers, we will refund those amounts to you. However, this is subject to a reasonable administration fee.

**Agent or Third-Party Amendments:**

Any amendments or changes to the contract or terms and conditions of the booking cannot be made by agents or third-party organizations acting on our behalf unless explicitly authorized by you.

**Amendments to Advertised Products and Services:**

We understand that circumstances may require us to modify advertised products and services. While we aim to inform you of any changes, please note that for minor modifications, we may not always be able to provide advance notice, and no compensation will be offered. In cases of significant changes, such as a flight time change of more than 12 hours, a change of destination, or a downgrade in accommodation standard, we will inform you at the earliest possible time.

In such instances, you will have the choice to:

a) Accept alternative arrangements.

b) Arrange an alternative holiday.

c) Cancel your holiday.
