The mutton is cooked in a brass pot for six hours allowing the spices to infuse and makes the mutton both mild and tender.

Food served at Brunton Boatyard’s History is seasoned with fresh spices and ingredients purchased from the wholesale spice market at Jew Street. Brunton gets a daily delivery of freshly caught live mud crabs which are served for dinner every evening.
