Situated on the southern periphery of Corbett Tiger Reserve, Jim’s Jungle Retreat is an environment friendly resort where you can vacation in the tranquil surroundings of forested landscape and forget about the worldly worries of city life. An exotic getaway for nature and wildlife enthusiasts, the retreat has 18 well appointed cottages with all modern amenities in 15 acres of jungle ambiance. Cottages have been classified into three categories designed to offer comfortable accommodation in solitude. The jungle lodge offers fascinating views of the surrounding forest landscape with a private verandah where you can sit for hours reading, contemplating or doing nothing. The jungle cottage with sloped thatched roof has mud colored exteriors and interiors are inspired by colonial era. The family cottage is ideal for weekend getaway with family and friends as it has a separate room for children. Retreat has a swimming pool of its own where snacks and beverages are served throughout the day. The outdoor dining hall with a thatched roof overlooks the forested surroundings and serves traditional Indian and continental delicacies. The retreat offers countless opportunities of bird spotting, nature walks, jungle safaris and cycling expeditions in the plantation forests of the buffer zone.
